- Your mnemonic phrase hash โ a one-way bcrypt hash; we cannot recover your plain-text phrase
- Your IP address โ recorded at account creation and login for fraud prevention
- A browser fingerprint hash โ a non-reversible hash of browser signals used for fraud detection; no raw fingerprint data is stored
- Post and comment content โ everything you submit publicly
- Payment data โ handled entirely by Stripe; we receive only a confirmation and credit amount; we never see card details
- Cookies โ a single session cookie to keep you logged in; no tracking or advertising cookies
What we do not collect
- Email addresses
- Real names or any personally identifying information
- Location data beyond IP address
- Your plain-text mnemonic phrase
How we use your data
- IP addresses and fingerprint hashes are used solely for fraud and abuse prevention
- Post content is stored permanently once it enters the Main Wall chain
- We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties for advertising purposes
- Payment data is processed by Stripe under their Privacy Policy
Data retention
Main Wall posts are retained indefinitely as part of the immutable chain. Temp Wall posts are soft-deleted after 24 hours and may be permanently deleted during admin review. Fraud logs are retained for 30 days. Session data expires after 400 days of inactivity.
Your rights
Because accounts are anonymous by design, we are unable to verify identity for data requests. If you wish to have your content removed, please contact us with your post IDs. Note that hashes of Main Wall posts may remain visible even if content is hidden, as they are part of the chain structure.
Cookies
We use a single pa_session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie contains only a session identifier; no personal data is stored in the cookie itself. It expires after 400 days or when you log out. We do not use any third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
